It has the different options to view the page like normal view, outline view, web page view, print layout view, tool bars, zoom view etc

Explain the options of the View menu.
Normal view
It will show the document in the normal style without any margin.
Web page view
It will show the document as a web page.
Outline View
It will show only the headings and the text of the document. It has the options like collapse and expand etc. we can also move the headings from their location.
Tool bar
This option is used to enable or disable any tool bar in the MS Word screen.
Ruler
This option will show a ruler on the top and the left side of a page. It contains the indents.
Thumbnail
It shows the little preview of the page at the left hand side of the workspace area.
Task Pane
A pane at the right hand side of the workspace area is task pane. It is changed according to the options of the menus that we have selected.
Full screen
By this option we can see our file on the full screen without any bar.
Zoom
This option is used to see the page in large size.
Document Map
This option shows only the headings of the document in the left hand side of the workspace area. It helps us to navigate quickly to any part of the document with the help of Headings.
What are header and footer?
Header – Header is the text appeared on the top of the document.
Footer – Footer is the text which is displayed at the bottom of the text.
