Customize Toolbars and Menus : Microsoft Word 2003

This option is used to customize the tool bars and menus, you can you can also create the menus and the tool bar in the Microsoft word.


To create the tool bar :-
Tools - customize
(A Customize dialog box will appear)
--> Select the tool bars option click on the New Tool bar option and give the name of the tool bar and click on OK.
-Select the command option, it will display the different menus and their right side the options of the menus.
-Drag the option to your tool bar and drop the option.



To create the menu :-
Tools - customize
(A Customize dialog box will appear)
-Select the command option, scroll to the last of the menus. Click on the new menu option. A new menu option will display on the right hand side pane. Drag that new menu button to the menu bar, right click on the created menu and change the name of the menu.
-Select the command option, it will display the different menus and their right side the options of the menus.
-Drag the option to your Menu
