Printing options in Microsoft Word 2003

Print option is used to print the file on the paper.

File - Print
(Print dialog box will appear)
Select the following options –
All pages
It will print the all page created in the file.
Current page
It will print only that page where the cursor is located.
Pages
We can print the range of the pages.
Selection
This will print the selected portion of the page.
Number of Copies
You can enter the number of copies you want to print of the pages.
Collette
It is option that how you will arrange the copies of the pages.
Now, select the above options and click on the Print button.
