These are the pre-defined pictures in MS Office. We can also edit these pictures by formatting, ungrouping etc.
Steps to use Clip Art –
-Insert–Picture-Clip Art.
Or
Click on the clip art button from the drawing bar.
(The Clip Art box will appear in task pane)
- Write the name of the category you want to search; in the Search Text box, and click on 'Go'.
Click on the desire picture to insert.

Select the picture - Draw - ungroup
