This option helps us to check and correct the spellings of the document. Steps:-
-Tools - Spellings and Grammar.
(It will show a dialog box of spell check with following options.)
Ignore once
It is used to accept the miss-spelled word spellings only one time.
Ignore all
It is used to accept the all the miss-spelled words of the document.
Add to dictionary
This will add that word to the vocabulary of the MS Office.
Change
This will change the word with one of the given suggestions.
Select the desired option and click on the ok button.
AutoCorrect
It replaces the wrong word with correct word.
