How to insert a cell, row or column?
This option is used to insert the cells, rows and columns.
-Click in the cell.
-Insert - row, column or cell
A delete box will be displayed with following options-
Shift Cell down – to shift the current cell down.
Shift Cell right – to shift the current cell right.
Entire row – to insert the whole row.
Entire Column – to insert the whole column.

-Insert - worksheet.
How to insert chart in MS Excel?
You can show the records of your sheet graphically with the help of chart option.
-Insert - Chart
-Select the type of the chart next select the row or column option.
-Select the position of the legend and click Next.
-Select the option As
New Sheet – to insert the chart as new sheet
