What is Save Workspace?
By this option we can save the particular area of the sheet.
-Select the area (cells)
-File - Save Workspace.
-Type the name of the workspace area. And click on save.
What is set print area?
By this option we can set the area of the cells for printing from a long work book.
Select the cells.
-File - Print Area - set print area.
-You can also clear the set area.
What is page set up?
By this you can set the page for printing.
-File - Page Setup.
-This option has the four tabs.
Page
It has the portrait and landscape setting of the page.
Margins
You can set the margins (free space) around the information to be printed.
Header and Footer
You can give some information about the printed pages on its top or bottom.
Sheet
It contains the prints area and the order of the pages to be printed.
