Creating Custom List
1. Tools > Options
2. Select Custom List tab
Add list as shown in picture and click ok..

How can you print the series?
You can print the different series in MS Excel.
-Type the first record of the series.
-Place the cursor on the bottom right little black colored box when the mouse pointer turns as + (black color plus sign) then drag the mouse pointer.
Eg – Write January in a cell.
-Place the cursor as mentioned above and drag the mouse pointer. This will create a series of Months.
