What are Power Point Views?
This is the important feature of Power Point. It is used to see the power point page in different styles. The Power Point views are –
Slide View
It is the default view. It is used to create the presentation and all the work is done in this view.
Note View
It is used to give the notes about the slide.
Outline View
It shows only titles of the slides. We can also edit the title of the slide form this view.
Slide Sorter View
This view shows the minimized picture of the slides you can also change the position of the slide.
Slide Show View
This view is used to see the slide on the full screen. This also shows the animation and transition effects applied to the slide.
What is Grid and Guides?
This option is used to show the grid (net) over the slide of the presentation.

-To show the grid click on the Display Grid on the Screen option
