How to insert new and duplicate slide?
New Slide
This option is used to insert the new slide in the presentation.
-Insert - New
-Select the layout of the slide.
Duplicate Slide
This option is used to make the duplicate slide of a slide.
-Click on slide sorter view.
-Insert - Duplicate
This will create the duplicate slide of the slide.

How to insert Slide from Files?
You can insert the slides from the other presentation files by this option.
-Insert - Slide from file.
-Click on browse button to see the presentation files.
-Select the presentation.
-Select the slide and click on insert button. If you want to insert the all slides then click on the insert all slides option.

How to insert movies and sounds in the presentation?
You can insert sounds rather than the pre-defined sounds.
-Insert - Movies and sound
Select any option – Sound from file or Movies from file.
Select the sound file and click on the Insert menu.

How to insert table in the slide?
You can insert a table with following steps-
-Insert - table. (A box will appear)
-Select the number of rows and columns and click on OK.

How to insert a chart in the slide?
You can insert a chart in the slide by this option this will also open a tabular dialog box from where you can change the values.
-Insert - Chart
(This will open tabular information with chart)
-Change the values or Fields’ names of the table.
-Click outside of the table.
